How Does It Work...

We realise that having an Elf At The Door isn't exactly part of your normal day to day life. So here are four simple steps as to how it works. We always recommend keeping it a total surprise for the kids and any big kids too.

Choose a date and a time period when the Elves are in your area.

Book your visit on the website and be sure to add names and ages of your children. You only need one ticket per visit when booking.

Once you are all booked in, we will send you a one hour window 48hours before your visit, so you know exactly when your Elf is coming.
